Los Angeles Rams (6-6) rookie tight end Davis Allen scored his first-career NFL touchdown in the Week 14 road tilt against the Baltimore Ravens (9-3) Sunday.

Allen, the former Clemson standout, found pay dirt on a designed screen in the second quarter. The 7-yard score gave the Rams a 16-14 lead at M&T Bank Stadium.

Allen, the fifth-round selection, entered Sunday’s contest having hauled in just one reception for six yards in 10 games. With the game in overtime, Allen has four catches for 50 yards and the score. Allen’s role has expanded with fellow tight end Tyler Higbee inactive with a neck injury. In four seasons at Clemson, Allen hauled in 88 receptions for 951 yards and 12 touchdowns. He had his best year in 2022, coming down with 39 catches for 443 yards and five scores.
