Randall Cobb's warning to young receivers taking heat from Aaron Rodgers: 'This is the way we do things here'

Aaron Rodgers has traditionally been a hard quarterback to play for if you're a young wide receiver, and apparently, that hasn't changed much — even as he ages and has four MVP awards under his belt.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback is clearly focused and all-in on getting to another Super Bowl, but Green Bay's offense does have its work cut out for it. Davante Adams, Rodgers' favorite target, was traded earlier this year, and now the Packers have a mixed group of veterans and young players trying to come together and replace his impact on the offense.

Some, like veterans Randall Cobb and Allen Lazard, have the trust of the quarterback. Others, like rookie Romeo Doubs and second-year wideout Amari Rodgers, have drawn some criticism.

Surely that criticism can be hard to take, but it can also be valuable for these young players who have a chance to learn from one of the greatest of all time.

According to Cobb, though, take it or leave it...Aaron Rodgers and the Packers don't care. Whether the young players appreciate the tough love or not...it's just the way things are in Green Bay.

"It doesn't matter if they appreciate it or not, this is the way that we do things here," Cobb said. "So, it's either you get with it or you get out the room, and we'll find somebody else that's going to get on board with what we're trying to accomplish."

What does the Packers' wide receiver room need to accomplish, exactly?
Adams, arguably the best wideout in the NFL, caught 123 passes for 1,553 yards and 11 touchdowns last season and was largely uncoverable.

That's what they, as a group, need to make up for if Green Bay is to be successful in 2022.
