Ravens prove to be dangerous with turnover-free Lamar Jackson

QB Lamar Jackson has had a bit of a turnover problem to begin the year. But the Ravens' dominant 38-6 victory over the Lions in Week 7 proves the sky is the limit for their offense when he limits his turnovers.

Jackson finished the day with 393 total yards, four touchdowns and a 155.8 passer rating, per Pro Football Focus

It was the 26-year-old's seventh career game with four passing/rushing touchdowns while completing at least 75 percent of his passes, which is the most by any player before turning 30 in NFL history, per ESPN Stats & Info.

Jackson was credited with a lost fumble, but some blame must go to RB Justice Hill who was a part of the failed ball exchange.

Nonetheless, head coach John Harbaugh still believes it may have even been Jackson's best performance of his NFL career.

"I would say that was his best game ever," Harbaugh told reporters. "He played a great game. It was wall to wall from the beginning to the end."

If Jackson can continue to minimize his turnovers, Baltimore will be one of the most feared team's in the league as its defense is allowing the second-least total yards per game (271.7).

It was a somewhat rough start for the offense under new offensive coordinator Todd Monken, but it seems to be starting to click and Jackson has high expectations after the team's strong performance.

"Just keep being consistent and keep doing what we doing," Jackson said. "We were trying to strive for every drive to score, put points on the board."

Jackson and company may just reach those aspirations in Week 8 when the Ravens (5-2) take on the Cardinals (1-6), who are allowing the fifth most total yards per game (368.3) and seventh most points per game (26).
