RB Joe Mixon reveals how Bengals feel being 'underdogs'

RB Joe Mixon has been very outspoken on the Bengals' nine-game win streak and he let everyone know just how he feels about being an underdog vs. the Bills.

"I guess we are underdogs to them," Mixon told reporters. "We got the same folks and we only better. We were the team last year to win the AFC Championship."

Cincinnati's motto this season is "They gotta play us." So, Mixon and his teammates certainly don't lack confidence.

"At the end of the day, we got all the cards," Mixon added. "When the lights are bright, we shine brighter."

There was much anticipation ahead of the Bengals' Week 17 matchup vs. the Bills. But the two teams will finally come face to face once again in the divisional round of the playoffs.

Buffalo is on a hot streak as well, winning eight-straight, and are 5.5 point favorites heading into the contest.

However, Mixon does acknowledge that his team will need to play one of its best games all year to head back to the AFC Championship game.

"Everybody in this locker room is going to matter. Every down and distance and situation is going to matter. Every critical moment is going to matter," Mixon finished.
