Shortly after bringing in one defensive tackle, the Arizona Cardinals agreed to terms with another. Former Chicago Bears defensive tackle Justin Jones agreed to terms with the Cardinals on a 3 year $30 Million contract.

Arizona Cardinals Continue to Build the Trenches

Earlier today the Arizona Cardinals signed Bilal Nichols to a 3 year dear, and earlier this week they brought back LJ Collier. The newest addition to the Cardinals defensive line room is perhaps the biggest in Justin Jones. Listed at 6’3 inches tall and 309 pounds, Jones is a large body that is hard to move around.

The new Cardinals defenseman posted 49 tackles including 10 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks. Jones has also been reliable, playing in 34 straight games. The Cardinals now have a solid, dependable, and big rotation on the defensive line, something they were lacking a season ago.
