One of the candidates on the Steelers' radar is Tom Arth, who has made a name for himself as a passing game specialist with the Los Angeles Chargers. Arth's impact on the Chargers' passing game was remarkable, despite the team's overall performance.
In his first season with the Chargers, he played a pivotal role in helping Justin Herbert achieve record-breaking success.
