The New Orleans Saints continue their search for a new offensive coordinator.
They have interviewed a plethora of candidates. Many of which remain available. The Saints, like many other NFL organizations, are not in a rush to choose their new OC. They'll take their time and weight their top options.
A new candidate emerged on Tuesday: Baltimore Ravens wide receivers coach Greg Lewis. Lewis won two Super Bowls with the Kansas City Chiefs as a coach.
Lewis played in the NFL from 2003-2010. He played wide receiver.
The former NFL WR transitioned to a coaching role after retiring. He actually began his NFL coaching career with the Saints in 2015 as an offensive assistant. Since then, Lewis has spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles, Kansas City Chiefs, and Baltimore Ravens.
Lewis is an intriguing candidate that has proven to be a factor on winning teams in recent seasons. Keep an eye on him as a potential OC option for the Saints.
