Saints rookie Trevor Penning kicked out of practice after starting fights for three straight days

New Orleans Saints rookie offensive lineman Trevor Penning isn't making a great first impression with the team's coaching staff in the early stages of training camp.

The 19th overall pick is lined up to be the backup left tackle behind ninth-year pro James Hurst, according to the Saints projected depth chart.

Penning played four years at Northern Iowa before joining New Orleans. He was named First Team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC) in 2021.
