The Pittsburgh Steelers may have found themselves a diamond in the rough during the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft. With Cory Trice Jr. already impressing during OTAs, he's being named a steal by one publication.

Bleacher Report put out six players who appear to be steals after the first round of summer workouts. On that list is Pittsburgh's newest cornerback, who did turn plenty of heads during OTAs.

Trice's two-interception practice to finish the Steelers' second week of OTAs put him on the map in the eyes of many fans, but it also struck a cord that has him labeled as a player who should easily make the team's 53-man roster.

"If he continues to do that he'll be a no-brainer to make the roster and become a tremendous value as a seventh-round pick," Bleacher Report writes.

While Trice shouldn't be looked at as a starter in his first season, impressing early should lead to more opportunities during training camp to showcase his talent. If he continues to be a playmaker for the team, his reps on the field during games will come.

But for now, making plays that have the veterans' and coaches' attention is a great place to start for a seventh-round pick.
