The Pittsburgh Steelers put two more defenders on injured reserve this week, losing linebacker Kwon Alexander for the season and safety Keanu Neal from the depth chart for at least the next two weeks.

Those absences have caused trickle-down changes throughout the defense as the Steelers hope to patch things together against the Cleveland Browns.
