Steelers RB James Conner ruled out vs. Bengals with quad injury

Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner returned to the lineup during Week 14 after a stint on the reserve/COVID list. He'll now be out of the lineup again against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Steelers announced that Conner has been ruled out with a quad injury.

In 11 games this season, Conner has 155 carries for 663 yards and five touchdowns with 25 receptions for 145 yards. He has rushed for 100 or more yards three times this season. However, he only had 18 yards against the Buffalo Bills over the weekend.

Without Conner, the Steelers will turn to second-year back Benny Snell, Jaylen Samuels and Anthony McFarland.
