The Pittsburgh Steelers could get two starters back on defense for their Week 13 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals, but will need to wait if on the final call for one of their potential returners.

After missing several weeks, both defensive tackle Montravius Adams and safety Minkah Fitzpatrick returned to practice for the Steelers. However, while Fitzpatrick is set to play against the Cardinals, Adams is listed as questionable for Week 13.

Adams has missed the last three games with an ankle injury. He returned to practice in a limited role last week but was still unable to play against the Bengals. He was a full participant the first two days of practice this week but was downgraded to limited on the final day of preparation and is now a game-time decision.

Fitzpatrick has been out four games, making this his first return in five weeks. He confirmed to reporters that he will be on the field against the Cardinals, and is now officially off the injury report as well.

"I feel good. I feel really good," Fitzpatrick said. "A hammy is a hammy so I might feel it a bit, but sometimes you have to play through. But hopefully, when I go out there, I don’t feel it at all."

Pittsburgh also avoided the injury bug with several other players. Wide receivers Calvin Austin (ankle), Allen Robinson (foot) and Diontae Johnson (illness) all missed time this week, but none have an injury tag heading into gameday.
