Draft season is right around the corner, everyone is searching for this year’s sleeper. In 2021 it was Cooper Kupp, 2020 it was James Robinson. Who will be the 2022 Fantasy Football Breakout, we look at some contenders today.

Darnell Mooney, WR, Chicago Bears ( ADP: WR 24)

With Allen Robinson departing for the LA Rams, Mooney’s role will continue to largen. The Former Toledo product is coming off a career year. He reached over 1000 yards on 140 targets. In Fantasy football, targets are key, 140 targets gave him the 12th best in the league last year. Mooney’s QB situation is also poised to strengthen in 2022. Justin Fields enters his second season in the NFL and is expected to take a jump. Combine that with Mooney being the clear No.1 on his team, and we could see another leap for him this year.

Drake London, WR, Atlanta Falcons ( ADP: WR 41)

The first receiver off the board in the 2022 NFL Draft has big shoes to fill, but he is the right man for the job. The Atlanta Falcons took Drake London with the 8th pick in the draft, taking him over some other big name receivers. They added him to a putrid receiving corps where the next best WR option is Bryan Edwards. With new QB Marcus Mariota coming in from the raiders, took for him to spread the targets almost exclusively to Kyle Pitts and Drake London.

Chase Edmonds, RB, Miami Dolphins ( ADP: RB 35)

Chase Edmonds finally gets a Fantasy Football friendly situation with the Miami Dolphins. Not only has he averaged over 4.8 yards per carry collectively over the last three seasons, he is a threat through the air. Between Kenyan Drake and James Conner, Edmonds has always played second fiddle. In Miami, he gets a boosted role in the offense and grades out to be the headline back. Fantasy owners can expected a high upside RB2 with receiving value
