Three-time All-Pro kicker Adam Vinatieri wants to return for 25th NFL season

Although Adam Vinatieri has yet to sign on for his 25th NFL season, the legendary kicker would like to return in 2020, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

The four-time Super Bowl champion would be the oldest player in the NFL at 47, but that isn't going to stop him from continuing his football career.

Vinatieri has an 83.8 field goal percentage and 97.3 extra-point percentage in his career, kicking for both the New England Patriots and more recently the Indianapolis Colts.

While he's a three-time Pro Bowler and All-Pro, he didn't have the best season in 2019 with the Colts. As a result, Indianapolis is set to roll with Chase McLaughlin and Rodrigo Blankenship in 2020, so it's unlikely that the Colts re-sign Vinateiri at this point.

He doesn't necessarily have many options, either, as a majority of teams are beginning to finalize their training camp rosters ahead of the season, though teams are always on the lookout for a reliable kicker.
