Brian Callahan continues to build his staff for the Tennessee Titans. He is adding another offensive assistant with a plethora of experience.

According to FootballScoop, the Titans are hiring Kansas Jayhawks assistant Scott Fuchs.

Fuchs has been coaching offensive lines for nearly 30 years now.

Fuchs has worked under Lance Leipold at KU for the past three seasons. He has been an offensive line coach for all but one of his years as a coach in the NCAA ranks. Fuchs has been coaching in the college ranks since 1994.

Now, he makes his move to the pros. Expect Fuchs to play a role alongside Bill Callahan as the key pieces for the rebuild of the Titans offensive line.

It's clear that Callahan values experience with his staff. Fuchs is yet another example of a proven football mind joining the group in Tennessee.
