When Tom Brady left the New England Patriots in 2019, it truly signaled the end of The Dynasty. Patriots owner Robert Kraft truly had something special going with head coach Bill Belichick and Brady dominating the league for so many years.

However, the way things ended made many wonder if there was bad blood between the three. And it didn't help that after the poor performance by New England in 2023, Kraft and Belichick decided to "mutually part ways."

However, who knows how mutual that truly was. It was fairly clear that Kraft was ready for a change, so did Belichick want to stay, or was he ready to go?

For many, it left a sour taste in their mouth. Six Super Bowl championships should be celebrated, but all the focus was on the declining relationship between Belichick and Kraft.

And Apple TV's The Dynasty series didn't help matters.

But on Sunday night at Tom Brady's live Netflix roast, the three were brought back together along with many other important players from those memorable years.

And the way they were together felt like closure.

Belichick made an appearance at the beginning of the show for a fun little opening and then returned to the stage to roast Brady. He didn't hold back, having one of the best sets of the night.

The way he was able to joke about everything, with Brady laughing along truly showed the love these two have for one another. And the future Hall of Fame quarterback gave it right back to the coach, referencing a viral video that was caught on a ring camera.

In the words of Brady: "Hey, you’ve still got it!"

Belichick laughed right along too.

Gronkowski also brought the two together to take a shot together on stage, and it put an end to all the negative conversations of, "Was it Brady or was it Belichick?"

It was both of them. End of conversation.

Things didn't stop there. With Kraft and Belichick having split up recently, they were brought back together under the same roof. And nobody knew exactly how that was going to go.

But host Kevin Hart couldn't stand by and watch this any longer. He brought Kraft and Belichick on stage to also take a shot together. And the Patriots owner spoke incredibly highly about the two legends.

“This is the greatest coach in the history of the game that did what no one else has done,” Kraft said. “Having Tom Brady and him was the greatest honor the Good Lord gave me. So, cheers.”

So let's stop with all the speculation. For 20 years, the New England Patriots dominated and that couldn't have been done without Belichick, Brady, along with each and every member on the team throughout those years.

It's the closure we all need, so let's take it and move on.
