Travis Kelce is hosting music festival during NFL Draft

It seems that Kansas City Chiefs superstar Travis Kelce is dipping his hands into every aspect of the entertainment industry.

Along with being an NFL standout, a popular podcast host, and a recent "Saturday Night Live" host, he is also going to be adding concert promoter to his growing list of endeavors.

Kelce announced on Tuesday that he will be hosting a music festival in Bonner Springs, Kansas -- a part of the Kansas City metropolitan area -- that coincides with the 2023 draft later this month.

The artists that will be featured at the event, which will be called The Kelce Jam, include Machine Gun Kelly, Rick Ross, DJ duo Loud Luxury and Kansas City rap legend Tech N9ne.

Kelce credits all of these entertainment developments with being a two-time Super Bowl champion, including this past season after his Chiefs beat the Philadelphia Eagles.

"Every door that's been opened because of winning the Super Bowl, I've been running through them," said Kelce, via the Associated Press. "It's not going to stop anytime soon -- especially with Kelce Jam. I think this will be the nail-in-the-coffin for the 2022 season."

The festival will take place on April 28, right in the middle of the draft. The 2023 NFL draft will be held in Kansas City on April 27, 28 and 29.

Kelce estimates the festival will draw over 15,000 people.
