The Pro Football Hall of Fame has officially announced the 15 finalists for the Hall of Fame class of 2024.

And two Indianapolis Colts legends have moved on and are one step closer to becoming Hall of Famers.

Reggie Wayne:

The Colts drafted WR Reggie Wayne with the 30th overall pick in the 1st round of the 2001 NFL Draft. Wayne went on to play in 211 games, all with the Colts, a franchise record. He is 2nd in franchise history in catches, yards, and touchdowns with 1,070 catches, 14,345 yards, and 82 touchdowns, only behind Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison. During his career, he was named to six Pro Bowls, was named a first-team All-Pro in 2012, and won one Super Bowl with the Colts in 2007. Wayne has the 10th most yards and receptions in NFL history. He also has the 7th most playoff receiving yards with 1,254, and the 5th most playoff receptions with 93.

Dwight Freeney:

The Colts drafted Dwight Freeney with the 11th pick in the 1st round of the 2002 NFL Draft. Freeney appeared in 218 games throughout his NFL career, 163 of which were with the Colts. He has the 2nd most sacks of any Colts player with 107.5, only trailing Robert Mathis, and has 125.5 total in his career, the 26th most in NFL history, which would be enough to pass Mathis if all of Freeney's sacks would have come with the Colts. During his career, he was named to seven pro bowls and was a three-time first-team All-Pro in 2003, 2004, and 2005. He also won one Super Bowl with the Colts in 2007.
