The date for UCLA's introduction to the Big Ten at Big Ten media day has been revealed. The Big Ten will host their football media day ahead of the 2024 season from July 23-25. UCLA will speak to the media on July 24, the second day.

UCLA will speak on the same day as Iowa, Michigan State, Nebraska, Penn State, and their rival USC. On Day 1, Big Ten commissioner Tony Petitti will speak to the media.

This marks a new era for both UCLA and the Big Ten, with UCLA, USC, Washington, and Oregon all joining the conference after the collapse of the Pac-12. In addition to their new conference, the Bruins are completely rebuilding their coaching staff with new head coach DeShaun Foster and offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy

In their first Big Ten season, UCLA will face all three of their former Pac-12 opponents who joined the Big Ten. They will also go up against new conference opponents in Indiana, Penn State, Minnesota, Rutgers, Nebraska, and Iowa. However, they will not face former head coach Chip Kelly, who is now the offensive coordinator of Ohio State.
