Two Vikings — edge rusher Danielle Hunter and long snapper Andrew DePaola — will start for the NFC in the Pro Bowl Games, the NFL announced on Wednesday.

This marks the second Pro Bowl selection for DePaola, who has been with the Vikings since 2020. He garnered his first Pro Bowl selection in 2022, when he was also named first-team All-Pro. The 36-year-old DePaola signed a three-year contract extension with the Vikings in March.

Hunter, who’s spent his entire eight-year career with the Vikings, has started all 16 games for the Vikings and has 77 tackles — 21 for lost yards, which currently leads the league — and 15.5 sacks this season. This is Hunter’s fourth Pro Bowl selection, also having earned nods in 2018, 2019 and 2022.

Hunter, 29, will be a free agent after this season and will be one of the players the Vikings hope to re-sign while they look to address the quarterback position and extend star receiver Justin Jefferson.
