For the first time in his career, Vikings second-year right guard Ed Ingram will miss today's game against the Raiders. The 2022 second-round pick had previously played every single offensive snap since the start of his rookie season. That streak ends today, as he's inactive with a hip injury.

Replacing Ingram at RG will be Blake Brandel, a 2020 sixth-round pick out of Oregon State who has been practicing at both guard spots all year. He appeared in five games last season at left tackle in relief of Christian Darrisaw, starting three of them. Previously, Brandel played 65 snaps in 2021 as a sixth offensive lineman in jumbo packages.

The full inactive list for the Vikings in Las Vegas:

  • RG Ed Ingram
  • QB Jaren Hall (dressed as emergency third QB)
  • S Lewis Cine
  • TE Nick Muse
  • OL Hakeem Adeniji

Theo Jackson, who was questionable with an illness, is active and good to go as the fourth safety and a contributor on special teams. That allows the Vikings to make Cine a healthy scratch, as he has been most of the season.

Of course, the big story of today's game for the Vikings is the return of superstar wide receiver Justin Jefferson, who missed the last seven games with a hip injury. He's not expected to have any limitations.

The Raiders' lone notable inactive is left tackle Kolton Miller. They're starting Jermaine Eluemunor at LT and Thayer Munford Jr. at RT. Superstar OLB Maxx Crosby (knee) is playing.

Kickoff is at 3:05 p.m. central time.
