Will Von Miller remain with the Rams or move on after winning the Super Bowl? Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

Von Miller has seemingly been keeping his options open as he heads for free agency, but the star pass-rusher has made it clear that his current team remains at the top of his list.

Miller told USA TODAY’s Josina Anderson on Wednesday that his priority is trying to work out a new deal with the Los Angeles Rams. He feels there is a “slim chance” that will not happen, which is why he has tried to leave other options open.

Miller has been all over the place on social media, but he is probably just marketing himself. He originally made it seem like he wants to stick with the Super Bowl champion Rams, but some social media posts he had this week seemed to hint that he wants to return to his former team. That will likely be Miller’s next choice if he can’t work out a deal with Los Angeles.

Miller, 32, had five sacks in eight games with the Rams after they acquired him in a trade with the Denver Broncos. He also had two sacks in the Super Bowl, so he played a huge role for the champs. L.A. may need to re-sign Miller if they want to keep another star player.
