Watch: Cam Newton roasts teenage trash-talker during football tournament
It's unclear where Cam Newton will play in 2021. Because of that, one teenager heckled the former New England Patriots quarterback at a football tournament in South Carolina.
The video of Newton responding to the teenager went viral. The teenager yells to Newton, "You're a free agent!" The veteran NFL quarterback responded with "I'm rich" and asked where the boy's parents were.
It's unclear if Newton will return to the Patriots for the 2021 campaign or look for a job elsewhere. Last season, he went 7-8, throwing for 2,657 yards and eight touchdowns against 10 interceptions.
