One of the heroes last weekend, Kansas City Chiefs defensive back Daniel Sorensen once again showed up with a big play on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, laying out quarterback Ryan Tannehill on a third-down scramble in the third quarter.

The Titans were desperate to get something positive going after watching Patrick Mahomes put the Chiefs on his back with one of the greatest postseason touchdowns we’ve ever seen (watch here). Facing 3rd-and-10, Tannehill had nobody to throw to so he scrambled to the right side. After getting into open space, he was then met with force by Sorensen, who knocked him on his butt.

Tannehill got up quickly, but that hit had to hurt. He and the Titans are in some need of positive momentum, and soon, if they are going to avoid the same fate of the Houston Texans last weekend.
