Watch: Giants 315-pound left tackle Andrew Thomas catches a touchdown

The New York Giants got left tackle Andrew Thomas back in the lineup for the first time in over a month and he did more than just block in his return. In the second quarter, the 315-pound lineman caught the first touchdown pass of his career.

After an interception set up the Giants just a few yards away from the goal line, New York opted for a trick play and it saw Daniel Jones lob a 2-yard touchdown pass to Thomas.

Thomas, 22, missed the last three games with an ankle injury suffered in Week 6 that landed him on injured reserve. The Giants activated their 2020 first-round pick just hours before the team's Monday Night Football matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His touchdown reception was the first catch of his career and tied the game, 10-10.
