We’ve seen some truly incredible workouts from pro athletes throughout the years, but Detroit Lions running back Ty Johnson just raised the bar.

Check out this absolutely insane video. Johnson, wearing a Lions helmet, tows a Jeep while toting extra weight, to boot.

Talk about going the extra mile for gains.

Johnson, a former University of Maryland star, had a solid rookie campaign for the Lions last year. Selected in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, he averaged 4.3 yards per carry, gaining 273 yards on 63 attempts.
