There’s plenty of excitement going around Green Bay in anticipation of the Packers’ Week 2 matchup against the Chicago Bears. The 0-1 Packers look to rebound this week against their 1-0 rival. At a local Green Bay concert at the Resch Center Friday, Packers fans were celebrating their team and their quarterback during Luke Combs’ concert performance.

Combs is playing back-to-back concerts Friday and Saturday in Green Bay while jetting in between to ESPN’s GameDay program. But college football wasn’t on his mind during Friday night’s concert. With Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers in attendance, the crowd was seen in viral videos on Twitter chanting, “Go Pack, GO!”

Combs appeared to start a chant.

It appears the Week 1 loss hasn’t dampened the spirits of Packers fans heading into their rivalry week against the Bears. The Packers seemed thrilled about their team as they took over the Resch Center Friday. Packers fans will take that energy into Lambeau Field.

That’s a homework assignment Packers fans were given by star cornerback Jaire Alexander on Friday. It could be frightening for the Bears to enter a loud and lit crowd Sunday. The Packers have an incredible regular season home record of 27-4-1 since the 2018 season. If the Luke Combs concert is any indication, the Packers will have a serious home-field advantage this Sunday night.

This game’s outcome should be much better for the Packers. The Packers come into the game as a -9.5 point favorite over the Bears. The team has four players on offense listed as questionable, but they’re playing a team with a roster full of first-team players who are questionably qualified to have the status of an NFL starter.
