Watch: Myles Garrett emphatically blocks Quavo's shot in Celebrity Game

It seems that Myles Garrett is just good at defense, regardless of the sport.

The Browns edge-rusher made the first big highlight of the NBA's All-Star Weekend on Friday when he swatted a shot from rapper Quavo back down with force in the Ruffles Celebrity Game.

The moment came early in the game, just minutes into the first quarter. Quavo — who won the MVP of the event in 2018 — took the ball and drove into the paint against fellow emcee Jack Harlow.

Quavo beat Harlow and had an open look at a shot — until Garrett came flying in from nowhere and tossed his floater back almost all the way to the three-point line.

Garrett received a loud ovation following the play, likely due to both the incredible nature of the display but also the fact he was playing in front of his home crowd. He was named a first-team All-Pro in each of the last two seasons and has been named to three Pro Bowls over his five-year career with the Browns.
