Watch: Ravens beat Rams with walk-off punt return touchdown

The Baltimore Ravens needed overtime to beat the Los Angeles Rams, 37-31, on Sunday, and it was a pretty electrifying play that won it.

It was not the Ravens' offense that provided the winning points, either. It was the special teams unit with a 76-yard walkoff punt return from wide receiver Tylan Wallace. Have a look at the play below.

It looked like the Ravens may have gotten away with a block in the back early in that return, and it is almost certain to anger Rams fans, but it was still one heck of a play by Wallace.

The win helps the Ravens (10-3) hold onto the top spot in the AFC and, for now, have a hold on the bye week and home field advantage.

The Ravens fell behind, 28-23, with four minutes to play in the fourth quarter setting the stage for Jackson to drive them down the field for a go-ahead touchdown. Following a successful two-point conversion they led by three with only a minute to play.

Matthew Stafford and the Rams responded on the ensuing drive by moving all the way down to the Ravens' 16-yard line but were unable to score a go-ahead touchdown, instead needing to settle for a game-tying field goal. The Rams ended up getting the ball first in overtime but were unable to score.

This is the second game in the NFL this season that has ended with a punt return touchdown in overtime. The New York Jets won their season opening game against the Buffalo Bills on an Xavier Gipson punt return.
