This summer, cicadas have been a nightmare for many people. The pestering bugs are all over the place, crashing into cars and windows and often times landing on people. The sight of them have terrified many people, but not Ryan Fitzpatrick.

The Washington Football Team’s newest quarterback had a comical, yet shivering experience with a cicada Wednesday during mandatory minicamp. The bug landed on Fizmagic’s infamous beard.

Instead of being freaked out, Fitzpatrick laughed and showed him off to nearby cameras.

Being unbothered by the cicada is another sign of Fitzpatrick’s swag that his coaches have been impressed by. The 38-year old is entering his 17th season in the NFL after signing a one-year deal with Washington. He’s vying to make Washington the ninth different team he has started a game with at quarterback.
