There’s strength, and then there’s whatever you want to call what Melvin Ingram has going on these days. The Los Angeles Chargers outside linebacker is training hard for the coming NFL season, as you’re about to see.

Check out this otherworldly ab workout, as Gordon pushes himself to the max shuffling medicine balls.

Personally, there’s no way I’d be able to walk after doing that. Actually, scratch that. I couldn’t do that.

Just incredible from Gordon, who’s still going strong at the age of 31. With 43 sacks in the past five years, he’s been one of the more consistent edge rushers in the league. Clearly, this veteran isn’t resting on his laurels looking ahead to the 2020 campaign.
