Seattle Seahawks fans have the unfortunate pleasure of watching their NFC West rival San Francisco 49ers play in Las Vegas against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 58 on Sunday night.

But early on in the CBS coverage of the game, a key member of the Seahawks made an unexpected appearance during one of the commercial breaks.

Seahawks receiver Tyler Lockett was featured in a YouTube TV commercial advertising the NFL Sunday Ticket package for next season. However, instead of having a normal cameo, Lockett quite literally flapped his CGI wings and acted like a bird while flying alongside the Ravens, Eagles and fellow Seahawks.

Later on during the game, Lockett posted an official sponsorship tweet on X (formerly Twitter).

"Be ready for the new season with NFL Sunday Ticket and YouTube TV. For a limited time, new subscribers save $50. #ad #SBLVIII @YouTubeTV & @YouTube."

Take a look at the commercial:

Lockett broke a streak of four straight 1,000-yard seasons this year after finishing with 79 catches for 894 yards and five touchdowns.

He had the game-winning 34-yard touchdown in Seattle's 21-20 Week 18 win over the Arizona Cardinals, but a win by the Green Bay Packers earlier that day officially eliminated the Seahawks from playoff contention.

Headed into the 2024 season with a new head coach for the first time in his NFL career, Lockett will look to help lead a hopefully improved Seahawks offense back to the postseason.
