The Las Vegas Raiders honor their former players better than any other organization. Once a Raider, always a Raider.

It's a big reason why so many guys want to play as a Raider and why when they are here, they don't want to leave. The same can be said about former Raiders linebacker Will Compton.

Compton was on the Raiders practice squad in 2019 and played a huge role on the scout team. In 2021, the last season of his career, Compton was featured in two games and finished with one total tackle.

Compton received his Raiders Legacy Brick on Tuesday.

The Raiders give out black marble bricks with the player's names etched into them, along with the Raider's shield, just to show their appreciation. They even do it for practice squad guys like Will Compton. If that doesn't show you how much they care, I don't know what will.

Since retiring, Compton has started a podcast, Bussin with the Boys, with Taylor Lewan, and have become one of the biggest podcast in the world.
