Behind a host of strong receiving options -- including a trio of Pro Bowlers in Justin Jefferson, Adam Thielen and Dalvin Cook -- Dede Westbrook did not get a chance to put up big numbers through the air with the Minnesota Vikings in 2021. The team could be bringing back the former Jacksonville Jaguar for another go-around in 2022 though, depending on how things shake out in the coming days.

Westbrook ended last season with 10 receptions for 68 yards on 15 targets in 15 games and added 22 punt returns for 183 yards. The 28-year-old was selected in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Jaguars and spent the first four years of his career with the club.

A native of Cameron, Tx., Westbrook had back-to-back seasons with 66 receptions on 101 targets in 2018 and 2019. In 2018, Westbrook led Jacksonville in targets, receptions, receiving yards (717) and receiving touchdowns (five).

Westbrook suffered a torn ACL midway through the 2020 campaign and was limited to two games.
