In an attempt to strengthen their offense line, the Cincinnati Bengals have signed the running back Zack Moss. As per ESPN journalists Mike Garofolo and Tom Pellissiro, the deal valued him at $8 million with the running-back receiving $4.25 million in the first year.

As an Indianapolis Colts running back, Moss had performed well last season. Though he failed to register more than 1,000 yards, he was effective in creating an impact on the gridiron with 794 yards and five touchdowns. Considering his form, the Bengals team, which is still considering the trade request of Tee Higgins, decided to bring him on to the franchise. In the new season, the RB is expected to continue to be in good health and good form.

As things stand right now, the running back is also pretty happy to join the Cincinnati Bengals team. He loved how he was welcomed into the squad. In an episode of Up and Adams, the RB spoke in detail about how Joe Burrow, the quarterback played a pivotal part in his welcoming. The RB claimed that both even had dinner together.

The running back’s comment reflected the mentality of a perfect team man in Joe Burrow:

Yeah, when I went there to go sign, me Mike Gesicki had dinner with Joe Burrow. Zack Moss said

This appreciation is not something new that Burrow has received. His presence as a team man often gets appreciated. Last season, when Burrow suffered an injury and was ruled out for the rest of the season, the quarterback never failed to attend the defensive meetings. Lou Anarumo, the DC of the Bengals even spoke extensively about that.

Joe Burrow is expecting a return by May

After ten games last season, the quarterback suffered a wrist injury. He tore his wrist ligament and was ruled out. Since then, the quarterback put himself under heavy training, and as a result, he is expecting a return by May 2024.

In an interview with ESPN, Burrow noted:

I think middle of May is when I am expecting to kind of be cleared for full contact and everything. Over the next month [to] month and a half, we'll kind of decide all those things. Joe Burrow said

The NFL world is waiting for the return of the quarterback in the action. As the Kansas City Chiefs are one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl, the analysts believe that Burrow is the only person who can stop them.
