The Kansas City Chiefs are 5-4 going into a Week 11 road game against the Denver Broncos as they try and gain ground in the AFC West standings.
The Broncos are on top with an 8-2 record, followed by the 7-3 Los Angeles Chargers.
The Chiefs are fresh off a bye week, which came after a 28-21 loss to Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.
Getting a win against the AFC West leader would be a huge boost for Andy Reid's team.
Unfortunately, running back Isiah Pacheco has not practiced, and he missed the Bills game with an injury. On Thursday, both George Karlaftis and Xavier Worthy were limited participants in practice.
On Friday, things changed in a positive direction for Worthy, per Pete Sweeney of the Kansas City Star.
"Xavier Worthy simply tweaked his ankle on Thursday," Sweeney posted on X. "He did everything at practice on Friday and will play against the Broncos on Sunday. Good to go."

Worthy was the No. 28 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft after an impressive career with the Texas Longhorns.
The Chiefs' WR had a strong rookie year, catching 59 passes for 638 yards with six touchdowns.
This year, he was injured in Week 1 after a collision with tight end Travis Kelce, but he has returned and has had seven or more targets in four games so far. Worthy has hauled in 24 passes for 256 yards and a touchdown.
Having Worthy on the field is a positive sign for Patrick Mahomes and the offense, especially against a tough Broncos defense.
Denver hosts Kansas City at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS.
