Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has had an incredible career in the NFL thus far. Coming into Thursday night's game against the Detroit Lions, Lamb had played in 90 games in his career, totaling 547 receptions for 7,083 yards and 41 touchdowns.
He is playing in his sixth year in the league after Dallas selected him with the 17th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Through nine games this season, Lamb had 51 catches for 744 yards and three touchdowns. He has been a big part of the Cowboys' offense that has helped them to a 6-5-1 record before Thursday.
Lamb was looking phenomenal against the Lions on Thursday, as he had six receptions for 121 yards, both of which were leading the Cowboys before Lamb left the field.
He was taken out of the game in the third quarter of the game after reaching for a one-handed catch that fell incomplete. As he landed in the endzone, Lamb hit his head on the ground, leading to Dallas' doctors taking him out.

After he left the game, he was taken to the locker room and tested. The Cowboys then shared with Dallas News reporter Joseph Hoyt that he was ruled out for the rest of the game with a concussion.
This is a big blow for a Cowboys team that is fighting for the top spot in the NFC East, as they came into Thursday's game behind only the Philadelphia Eagles, who are 8-4.
The Cowboys trailed the Lions 27-16 with 5:45 left in the third quarter on "Thursday Night Football" at Ford Field.
