Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys look to avoid a three-game losing streak coming out of their Week 10 bye, facing Geno Smith and the Las Vegas Raiders on the road in Week 11's edition of "Monday Night Football." The Cowboys enter the matchup at 3-5-1 on the 2025 NFL season, coming off losses to the Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals.

Still, Prescott has managed to lead Dallas to one of the NFL’s top offenses, averaging 378.4 total yards per game (4th in NFL) and 257.8 passing yards (3rd). The former Mississippi State quarterback has done this despite numerous injuries to key offensive players, including CeeDee Lamb and several offensive linemen. But one of his protectors remains on the injury report coming out of the bye.

Tyler Smith was selected in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft by the Cowboys and became an immediate starter. Through four seasons, he has established himself as one of the league’s top guards, earning two Pro Bowl selections and one All-Pro nod. The former Tulsa standout will also be sticking around, having signed a four-year, $96 million extension before the season.

But Smith suffered a knee injury in the Week 4 tie against the Packers. forcing him to miss the following game against the Jets and a majority of the next against the Panthers. Since Week 6, he has been limited in practice, but has been able to play the last three games for Dallas.

Yet even with a full bye week to recover, Smith still appeared on the initial injury report for Cowboys vs. Raiders, listed as a limited participant in Thursday’s practice. And while he is expected to play in Week 11, his status remains uncertain, which could leave Prescott without his star guard once again.

The Cowboys will face the Raiders on Monday at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.
