Eagles WR A.J. Brown says Titans fans 'hate' him

The Week 13 matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Tennessee Titans already promises to be a heck of a game. But it also serves as a reunion between Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown and the team he spent three years playing for before he was traded on draft day this past year in a move that shocked Titans nation.

"Oh they hate me," Brown told the media. "I mean some people still love me, but I think the majority of their fans are out to get me."

Brown went from being a fan favorite in Nashville to public enemy No. 1 very quickly once he jetted off to Philadelphia. The 25-year-old Mississippi product first took to social media last spring to say Tennessee had low-balled him when it came time to talk about his contract. His assault on the Titans continued through the summer and into the 2022 season, as he slammed Titans coach Mike Vrabel and threw shade at Tennessee's receiving corps.

It's no wonder Titans fans aren't so keen on him anymore.

As for Sunday's game, Brown has been able to give Jalen Hurts and the 10-1 Eagles some insight into what to expect from the visiting Titans.

Sunday's game between the Eagles and the Titans is scheduled to kick off at 1 p.m. ET.
