Fantasy Football Start/Sit Week 11

You know the feeling. It’s why you’re here. That glorious, maddening, weekly riddle that consumes us right until kickoff: WHO DO I START? The impact? Maybe the difference is between mess-talking victory and soul-sucking defeat. And we all want that “edge,” don’t we? That little nugget that pats us on our tushies and tells us everything will be ok. A gentle nudge, if you will. I want you to know that I’m here each in Week 11 to pat your tushies (figuratively) and give you my two cents on who needs to be touching grass and who needs to be riding pine. And why.

Week 11 Start/Sit for Season-Long Fantasy Football

QUARTERBACKS

Start: Aaron Rodgers (PIT v. CIN) – If it’s going to be any game, it’s this one. Higher floor rather than ceiling, but I’ll take it against the worst defense in decades.

Start: Marcus Mariota (WAS @ MIA) – Legs provide sturdy floor, and it’s the Dolphins. Remember – this isn’t real football, and if Justin Fields can be start-worthy, so can Marcus here.

Sit: Patrick Mahomes (KC @ DEN) – I know he’s Thanos, but not against Denver in Mile High. Mahomes is generally phenomenal off a bye week, but I don’t love it this week – the Broncos have really only been gouged by the position three times this year.

Sit: Baker Mayfield (TB @ BUF) – Trap game. Screams shootout, but look at Mahomes’ and Tua’s lines against them as the ceiling. I love me some Baker (especially his commercials), but the Bills are the second-ranked defense against the position. Look elsewhere this week.
