Week 11 of the NFL regular season schedule marks the trade deadline in most fantasy football leagues. Fear not, because there is always value on the waiver wire to be claimed. These are the three best targets widely available. Sleeper provided all of the stats and rankings below.
After a commendable decade with the Seattle Seahawks, it seemed wide receiver Tyler Lockett’s fantasy relevance was sent to pasture with the Tennessee Titans. The fire that was widely considered out is showing an ember remains. The ceiling on this pickup isn’t one to steal you a game, but slotted in as the team’s WR2, he may have a floor worthy of a flex or bench spot.
Chicago Bears’ wide receiver Olamide Zacchaeus has seen a 20% increase in ownership recently, so check on his availability quickly. This is another play on the floor, with an unimpressive ceiling, but it’s one of the more valuable assets widely available on the fantasy football waiver wire. He’s averaging 7.26 FPPG in PPR formats on the surprisingly third-ranked offense.
Minnesota Vikings’ wide receiver Jalen Nailor has been understandably hidden behind receivers Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, but he has increased production when quarterback J.J. McCarthy is at the helm. He’s coming off a career-best 20.90 FPTS in Week Ten against the Baltimore Ravens, and the team has a promising matchup against the 26th-ranked pass defense of the Bears in Week 11. Nailor has seen 18 targets in the four games played with McCarthy this season.
Submit those last-minute trade requests, but don’t forget about the value the fantasy football waiver wire can bring each week. This may not be the most exciting week of claims, but there are some safe options out there to fill the bottom of a roster.
