Puka Nacua Over The Moon About Getting To Learn From Davante Adams
Junfu Han / USA TODAY NETWORK

The Los Angeles Rams have a new one-two punch at wide receiver going into the 2025 season.

They had Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp as their top two options last season before they cut Kupp on March 12. They weren't able to find a trade partner and had to release him. He eventually signed with the Seattle Seahawks shortly thereafter.

All of that came directly after the Rams agreed to terms with free-agent wide receiver Davante Adams. Adams had reportedly expressed a desire to return to the West Coast and got his wish by signing a two-year contract with the Rams.

Nacua is super stoked about teaming up with Adams heading into the 2025 season.

"It's definitely gonna be different," Nacua said on NFL Network's "The Insiders" on Tuesday, via NFL.com. "Davante, as soon as he stepped into the facility, has been fantastic. The ability to learn from another all-time great has been, I feel like I'm stealing, I'm like a kid in the candy store."

Even though Adams is 32, he still finished the 2024 season with 67 receptions for 854 yards and seven touchdowns. Now that he's on a better team, there's a good chance he could compile his sixth 1,000-yard season.

The Rams are all in for the 2025 season and will open the year at home against the Houston Texans on September 7. Kickoff will be at 4:25 p.m. ET.
