The New Orleans Saints have an impending quarterback situation. Now, following Derek Carr's retirement from the NFL, rookie QB Tyler Shough has been pushed into the limelight to potentially start this season for Kellen Moore.
The young QB has wasted no time getting used to New Orleans and all of its experiences.
In some media availability this past weekend, Shough talked about adjusting to his arrival in New Orleans. He had to have his tires replaced due to a pothole on his way to Tulane.
"I feel like I'm already engrained in New Orleans... I already popped a tire in a pothole driving over to Tulane."

Welcome to New Orleans!
Doesn't get any more settled than that for #Saints new QB Tyler Shough (@tylershough2) pic.twitter.com/919oaZjHcK
Shough will have to get used to the rough and rigid parts of the city he will have to drive through at times, along with the strong humidity, particular in the coming months.
According to Fletcher Mackel, the rookie quarterback ate his first meal in New Orleans at Dragos Seafood, alongside owner Tommy Cvitanovich. Shough received a gleaming review in his first outing as a Saint.
A knock on Derek Carr at times, via fans, was his lack of being personable when it came to New Orleans. He wasn't seen in the community quite as often as some other veteran players during his time with the team, and he went viral upon his arrival for eating at a Chipotle - rather than a local establishment for his first meal in New Orleans.
These are the little things that can change your perception amongst a fan base in professional sports.
Regardless, you can tell that Shough is excited to get started with the Saints and try to be their long-term answer at the quarterback position.
