Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay has revealed whether veteran wide receiver Davante Adams will play this coming Sunday, as his team prepares to face the Seattle Seahawks.
The game ranks among the weekend’s most anticipated, as it pits divisional rivals against each other in a tie-breaking clash. The matchup is also one of the more attractive, given that the teams are among the league’s most exciting and elite in 2025.
The Rams and Seahawks both hold 7-2 records heading into the matchup, and a win for either one would hand them control of the NFC West, albeit possibly temporarily. Where L.A. is concerned, a positive result would move them closer to a second consecutive capture of the division.
Adams and the Rams are on a four-game winning streak following a victory over the San Francisco 49ers last Sunday. The wideout made six catches for 77 yards and a touchdown in the 42-26 blowout win but was ruled out with a back injury in the second half.
The injury was later reclassified as an oblique issue.
The six-time Pro Bowler missed practice on Wednesday and was limited on Thursday. According to Rams senior staff writer Stu Jackson, McVay has indicated that the WR has been listed as questionable in the buildup to the game but is expected to play, as is defensive tackle Kobie Turner, who is dealing with a back injury.

Adams has made nine appearances for the Rams this season, his first with the team, and has registered 42 receptions on 78 targets for 568 yards and nine touchdowns.
He’s quarterback Matthew Stafford’s second-most frequent target, with just one fewer look than Puka Nacua, a statistically negligible gap that reflects near-equal prioritization in the passing scheme.
"The more reps we get, the better it's going to be," Stafford said of their chemistry earlier this month, per Jackson. "We are always communicating, talking to each other and giving each other feedback on what feels right and all that."
Adams’ yardage haul is also the second-most on the Rams, again behind Nacua (775), while he leads the team in touchdowns.
