Three Bengals defensive coaches ruled out due to COVID-related issues

The Cincinnati Bengals' defensive coaching staff might have a difficult time on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Cincinnati announced ahead of game time that three defensive coaches have been ruled out for Sunday's game due to COVID-related issues: linebackers coach Al Golden, secondary coach Steve Jackson and senior defensive assistant Mark Duffner.

Defensive quality control coach Jordan Kovacs replaces Golden and safeties coach Robert Livingston took over the secondary. Assistant defensive line coach Gerald Chatman was assigned Duffner's game duties.

Two Bengals practice squad cornerbacks, Winston Rose and Brian Allen, were placed on the reserve/COVID list earlier this week.
