There is a strong chance that the Chicago Bears will franchise tag Allen Robinson this offseason. If they don't, the wide receiver will likely enter free agency.
If Robinson becomes a free agent, the Washington Football Team and New York Giants could be interested in signing him to upgrade at the receiving position, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Washington and New York both have a solid amount of cap space to make a deal work. The Giants could use a receiver after releasing Golden Tate and the Football Team could pair Robinson with Terry McLaurin.
Robinson has been one of the most consistent wide receivers in the league since joining Chicago in 2018. He has recorded back-to-back 1,000-plus yard seasons, catching 200 passes for 2,397 yards and 13 touchdowns in that span.
