Among the phrases removed was a slogan that included the name and the #HTTR hashtag.
On July 13, the club announced the retirements of the logo and name deemed racist by some outside observers. Downloadable patches for "Madden 21" allow users to remove the club's prior name and logo that are still visible on physical copies of the game.
It's been speculated that a full Washington rebrand could take up to a year.
The team shared glimpses of updated helmets for the 2021 season on Wednesday.
