Frank Seravalli: I am going with the Tampa Bay Lightning at +160 to beat the Florida Panthers in round one of the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs. I think that’s good value, some of the other underdog picks don’t have a lot of value so I like the Lightning at +160 to advance to the second round. The two-time Cup champs still have most of that core there and have the pillars to continue to be dangerous.
