Chicago Blackhawks' forward Boris Katchouk was back at practice in full capacity on Monday. The 24-year-old is recovering from a left ankle sprain that he suffered in a preseason game on Oct. 1.

This marks another step in the right direction for Katchouk, who was in a non-contact jersey for Saturday's practice.

After Katchouk suffered the injury, the Blackhawks listed his return timeline at 4-6 weeks. As a result, he began the season on injured reserve.

Now just over three weeks into that timeline, he looks to be ramping up for a return to game action.

The Chicago Blackhawks have a home-heavy schedule over the next two weeks. That setup should allow Boris Katchouk to get back into the swing of things on the practice rink.
