So which is it: a Chicago Blackhawks comeback victory or the Pittsburgh Penguins choking another lead away? Could it be both? In what likely was a here-we-go-again scenario for the Penguins, the Blackhawks clawed back from a 2-0 hole and buried three straight before depositing the winner.

As the game wore on, the Penguins looked tired. Chicago looked rejuvenated after the Cole Guttman goal and kept pressing until they took over. It was almost a metaphor for where both organizations are in their life cycle. Chicago starting anew with the fresh faced generational player. Pittsburgh, trying to squeeze out one more long playoff run with a Stanley Cup at the end, its generational player nearing the end of his career.

How both teams respond in the coming days and week are certainly something to watch.
